Ozeaka is our organization’s desire to more fully offer client driven solutions based on our advanced processes, our competencies in search, and our expansive network of talented professionals and executives. The primary service of Ozeaka is to offer clients Executive Consultants who can drop into an organization for a defined project or time period. We are not a temporary firm in the classic case where many organizations are currently utilizing contract/contingent labor. Our network encompasses highly skilled professionals and executives. We are constantly identifying top talent for projects via our retained executive search work at Westport Intl. Additionally; we continue to build a bench of retired executives from top organizations who wish to remained retired but truly enjoy short term consulting projects

As more organizations incorporated temporary employees, contract employees and outsourcing services they became adept at managing FTE-Full Time Equivalents and their total workforce spend/productivity. With many organizations having gone through a series of recent restructurings and organization changes, there appears to be a movement for even more on demand leadership and specialized talent. Many organizations are faced with drastically reduced bench strength, a workforce that is already stretched, displaced skills, and the real possibility that while business increases not necessarily will hiring be in line with those business needs.
